Mark Fadel

Managing Director

Mark is a sustainability focused procurement and supply chain transformation leader with 25 years of experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, including 6 years in consulting. He is results-driven and passionate about delivering sustainable capability development projects.

He has successfully established centralized procurement functions in three organizations in the Middle East and Africa (Nokia, Citibank & Emirates NBD), resulting in significant benefits to these organizations through his strategic outlook, functional leadership, and hands-on management approach.

A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), Mark is the sole CIPS Procurement Excellence Assessor located in the Middle East. He conducts comprehensive assessments of procurement functions against a global standard and was the assessor for the distinguished EXPO2020 Procurement Excellence certification.

Jane McAuliffe

Director

Jane has over 20 years of experience in procurement and supply, the majority of which has been focused on consultancy and project delivery in procurement solutions organizations, as well as a ‘big four’ consultancy.

Jane has delivered significant results for senior clients in some of the most complex spend areas and industries, both public and private sector, demonstrating excellent knowledge of strategic procurement issues as well as analytical and interpersonal skills, to gain the confidence of senior stakeholders and make change happen quickly and effectively.

As a CIPS Corporate Certification Assessor, Jane has worked with many leading organizations around the world, assessing the end-to-end operation of their procurement and supply departments at both standard and advanced level. This role has also involved Jane providing supply transformation services where required, to support clients in achieving rapid but lasting transition towards meeting the requirements of the Certification standard.

Mark Eveleigh

Director

With 30 years’ procurement experience, Mark has established a track record in successfully implementing new procurement systems and processes in several organizations (including Nokia).

Mark’s ability to link a broad and innovative vision to the needs of the organization on the ground has delivered significant benefits to the organizations. Most recently he has developed and implemented a standard vendor selection and management process for a Construction Company in Saudi Arabia, whilst acting as Interim Head of Procurement.

Mark is also an experienced trainer having designed and delivered numerous courses in Sourcing, Negotiation, SRM and Category Management for many organizations. Mark has also been trained as a ‘Prince II Project Manager’ and has successfully implemented this in projects for a variety of clients in IT and Business Change Program’s.

Dave Simkin

An experienced, versatile Senior Commercial & Procurement Consultant with more than 15+ years’ procurement experience and 18 years’ success in delivering outstanding competitive commercial developments across the UK and the Middle East. An inspirational driving force behind numerous major Retail and capital projects internationally, applying solid leadership and change management skills to maximize business profits and growth.

Employed directly and as a Consultant for Major Blue Chip, private and public organizations, in UK, Doha, Dubai, Bahrain and Malaysia.

Proven track record in delivering cost savings and adding value for various organizations, BAA – UK’s largest airport operator, Qatar Duty Free, Dubai Duty Free, Perkins Engines, SU Automotive (Rover car group), along with leading the Commercial Leasing and negotiation strategy for Retail stores at Sidra Medical & Research Centre, Doha.

Developing excellent business and supplier relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, taking a proactive approach to engage teams in conjunction with highly developed analytical, negotiation, strategic sourcing, contract management, risk management and governance, communication skills, cost reduction programs, reducing time-to-market and program and management reporting.

Dave has worked in various industries including Automotive, Medical Centre, Manufacturing, Automotive, FMCG, Procurement of Capital equipment, Marketing and Advertising services, Airport Retail, shopping malls and he currently manages a global, personalized home tutoring franchise.
