Project Background

The client planned to develop its procurement capability to a best-in-class standard and sought a specialist procurement consultancy organization to support its procurement transformation.

Methodology

Procurement Strategy: The approach included stakeholder consultations along with a review of existing policies, procedures, processes, internal SLAs and procurement systems.

Organization and People: We conducted a range of interviews and assessments followed up by skills workshops, training sessions and individual coaching.

Procurement Processes: The approach included stakeholder consultations along with a review of existing policies, procedures, processes, internal SLAs and procurement systems.

Systems and MI: The approach included a full review of all procurement technology solutions across e-sourcing and procure-to-pay.

Results

Recommendations were made to enhance the clients e-sourcing, procure-to-pay and other procurement related systems, along with in-depth training to ensure successful implementation of system improvements.
