As part of the engagement, we developed and agreed procurement plans with internal stakeholders, supported sourcing and contracting activity, and delivered coaching and development of the existing procurement team. To build the procurement function’s capability, we drove the identification, development, and implementation of improvement initiatives. We provided additional support as necessary, to further enhance the client’s procurement capacity and capability.
Recommendations were made to enhance the clients e-sourcing, procure-to-pay and other procurement related systems, along with in-depth training to ensure successful implementation of system improvements.
