Analyze the assessment findings: Analyze the findings of the baseline assessment and identify gaps and areas for improvement in the procurement sustainability practices of the organization.

Procurement Sustainability Action Plan

Based on a Procurement Sustainability Assessment we develop an action plan that identifies key areas for improvement and outlines a roadmap for implementation.

Our Approach

Prioritize areas for improvement: Prioritize the areas for improvement based on their significance, impact, and feasibility to the organization. This prioritization can be done in consultation with the stakeholders identified in the Procurement Sustainability Assessment.

Develop an action plan: Develop an action plan to address the prioritized areas for improvement. The action plan should be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART).

Obtain stakeholder input: Obtain input from stakeholders on the action plan to ensure their buy-in and support for its implementation.

Develop a resource plan: Develop a resource plan to ensure the necessary resources, such as budget, staff, and technology, are incorporated into the action plan effectively.
